Akolet Properties Ltd is a Kampala-based property-technology company that develops and governs digital solutions for property access, management and acquisition. We build practical systems around real customer journeys — from discovery and verification to service, data and ongoing property operations.
Our flagship venture, Campus Homes, applies this capability to student housing. It connects students with verified accommodation and gives landlords and hostel operators structured tools to improve visibility, occupancy and service delivery — the first of several products we are building under the Akolet platform.
